We start with a Canada AAA Prime Rib Roast, aged and seasoned, and slow roasted to your choosing, both end caps will be medium. Carved into 10oz-12oz portions
8 guest minimum order must be received 3 weeks prior to arrival & prepaid.
Your private cook is former GM of The Keg, Gary Lamers. Your meal will be cooked and served from a second, commercial kitchen located onsite. The details of dinner service, the time and location will be finalized during the welcome walk-thru with Gary. Depending on group size and season, we can provide dinner service on our front patio, pool side or dinning room. Serving, clearing and cleaning will all be done through the commercial kitchen. Dessert is self-served and will be left in your kitchen, hot.
