Meals are prepared next door in the commercial kitchen in the owner’s suite. Gary’s specialty is perfectly roasted meat, sauces & vegetables, similar to The Keg. Always “Bring Your Own Booze”. We are not a licensed restaurant. Meals are served buffet style in the dinning room or pool side. An hour before your dinner, Julie arrives to prepare the chafing dishes & dining room table For groups of 8 or less, the chafing dishes are set up in the dining room For groups of 9 or more, the chafing dishes are set up on the kitchen island.
